My background in operations and analytics gave me a deep understanding of user behavior and business goals. My transition into UX/UI design came from realizing that good design has the power to make everyday tasks easier and more enjoyable. I saw firsthand how confusing interfaces frustrated customers, and I wanted to be part of the solution. Now, I design mobile and web experiences for SaaS products, focusing on reducing friction and creating intuitive workflows that users don't have to think about.

I work primarily in Figma and believe that the best designs are informed by real user feedback and data. My analytics background means I'm always thinking about how to measure impact and validate design decisions.
